This weight loss challenge is on like a fatty donkey kong.
I weighed in at 192 lbs this morning!
Race to 180.
today i ate
2 diet pills.
one protien bar.
1 plate of pork tenderloin (dry and tasteless)
1 tootsie roll
3 biscuits & ham
4 oz makers mark.

I don't know which is cheating more....the diet pills or the Markers!!!
Anyway, my diet for the next 2 months is simple.....Tuna Fish and bran bars. I am gonna take Thanksgiving off and enjoy my holiday.
The gym project has begun and the first 2 sessions were good. I can't feel my arms, but they went well.
I am currently at 197 and looking forward to hitting 200 on Thanksgiving. After the holiday, it's back to the bran bars and tuna.

OK.....I OBVS DIDNT DO WELL OVER THE HOLIDAY.
I packed on 6 lbs in a 3 day period and never ONCE looked at a holiday cookie I didnt like.
I SUUUUUUUCK!!!!
